OEFFA Conference Kids’ Activities

Bring the youngins into the OEFFA conference experience with kids’ activities provided by OEFFA’s Youth Agricultural Education Chapter! The chapter has organized 1 scheduled event and 5 on-demand activities for children pre-K through high school.

Write a Letter to the President on President’s Day!

Monday, February 15—2:30-3 p.m.
Age Range: Pre-K/ Elementary/ Middle/ High
Join in this session for a chance for your kids to hear from OEFFA’s policy director, Amalie Lipstreu, on how you can grow up to make a difference in the world! Then, kids (with a parent’s help if needed) will receive guidance on writing to President Biden to ask him to commit to advancing regenerative agriculture policy during the next four years. Kids will mail their letter and then get a response from the president in a few weeks!
