Board Member for re-election: Jim Bidigare has a small fruit farm located on 40 acres in central Licking County. He sells at the Granville Farmers’ Market and through the local Granville grocery store. Jim is also a full-time real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty, holding his license since 1995. He serves on the board of the Licking Land Trust, and has served on the OEFFA Board for around six years.

Board member for election: Mike Kelly is a dedicated farmer and small business owner with a deep commitment to regenerative agriculture, local food systems, and healthy rural communities. Based in Highland County, Ohio, Mike operates a diversified farm focused on raw milk, pasture-raised hogs, and sustainable forestry. His work and thought are rooted in the values of stewardship, place, and connection. Drawing inspiration from Wendell Berry’s writings, Mike came to farming as both vocation and civic responsibility. With 10 years of experience as a farmer and student of good land use, he brings a practical, grounded perspective to OEFFA’s mission and is honored to support its work through thoughtful governance and grassroots advocacy.
